Now, i bet you guys are thinking that this isn't Bubbles. Bubbles has her hair up in 2 ponytails. Well, the reason why Bubbles took 10 minutes to put on the dress is because, after she put the dress on, she let her hair down and made it look all pretty. "Why?" you might ask.
